Check that the safety switch in the front is in the “Neutral” position if your installation has a neutral wire, or in the “No Neutral” if your installation does not have a neutral wire.

NOTE: If there is NO neutral wire, make sure that the LED bulb adapter is installed correctly
Ensure that your light bulb or bulbs are in working conditions and aren’t burnt out
