Troubleshooting - My switch/dimmer won’t turn on after installing

Double check that all the wires are connected in the right places as indicated in the installation manual 

Check that the safety switch in the front is in the “Neutral” position if your installation has a neutral wire, or in the “No Neutral” position if your installation does not count with a neutral wire.

NOTE: If there is NO neutral wire, make sure that the LED bulb adapter  is installed correctly 

Ensure that your light bulb or bulbs are in working conditions and aren’t burnt out
