Troubleshooting - I can’t sign in to Kleverness through Alexa or Google, or reset my password

If you forgot and/or need to reset your Kleverness account password, please do so through the Kleverness app

1. Open Kleverness app
2. Click on “I forgot my password”
3. Enter the email you used to create your Kleverness account
4. You will receive an email with the recovery code for the account’s email address 
5. Enter the recovery passcode where required
6. Enter a new password and confirm your new password
7. Select “Save” to save all the changes
8. Log in with your new credentials
