I can’t control any of my devices with the app or voice assistants
- Check that you have an active internet connection
- Unplug the Hub from the power supply, wait a few seconds and plug it back in
- Wait until the hub reboots and the LED on the top turns blue (this could take up to 1 minute)

If it’s still not working, please follow these additional instructions:
- Remove the device that you’re not able to control from the Kleverness app
- Perform the factory reset process as shown in the instructions here
- Re-add the device on the Kleverness app
